Good morning all. I am glad not to be banned. I am off to play golf this morning at a course that I have wanted to play for some time. Part of the course is located where there was an old aggregate mine and it is suppose to be majestic with huge changes in elevation. I am looking forward to it although it will be hot. Everyone ride safe.

 

Hey, Russ.....that divestiture was planned over 20 yrs ago. The storage facility was set up as our retirement. It's been producing a nice little monthly salary for quite a while. The value has risen very high to the point that it was worth selling. Still have little ole "DIAMOND L".

 

Halito Greg, Mick, Russ, Al, Jeff, Woods. Happy Tuesday tue you. Glad to hear something positive is beginning to happen at your neighbors Greg. Hope this continues. Glad to hear Kristi had a nice birthday.... hopefully she isn't too demanding when you get home!! Wifey and I have the same birthday.... I'm about 22 hours older than she is. We treat this as any other day. I damn sure don't want to acknowledge the years!! And I can never forget her birthday!!
