Good evening all. It was a good day. Now I am off for the rest of the week. I did get a call from a friend that needs to take an exam and I agreed to do it Saturday morning.

So the squatter had 2 stolen motorcycles, trespassing, and a few other outstanding warrants from various jurisdictions. If they find out he was in the house after eviction, likely, he'll have breaking and entering charges as well. The owner has hired the Mexicans that live in another of his properties 2 houses up the street, nice folks, BTW, to evaluate and clean up. Looks better already. Just waiting on the tow trucks to get rid of the derelict vehicles.

Given the current rate of inflation pennies ain't gonna help.
