G'Morning, Woods......have my first showing for the house next door this morning. No realtor involvement so I can control who buys the house. Ad said 'APPOINTMENTS TO PRE-QUALIFIED BUYERS ONLY"....don't need dreamers wasting my time... On a really positive note....final closing on the storage facility went through and got a big fat check !

 

Congratulations Al on the closing. Hope it happens for Bob too! All you real estate moguls…..

Thanks, Russ....the storage facility was the big one. House next door, I can afford to be picky on who I sell it to. Remember all the stories about the scumbag renters next door that the previous owners had ? THAT will never happen again.
