What part of PNW Russ? Is he prepared for the expense? It is not cheap here. At all.

John - for the first time you have won the hump day hottie contest. Well done!
He’ll be in Lake Stevens, WA and is well aware of the costs associated with living there being a 10 year veteran of the area. I hope he is able to make a go of it as we have explained the money tap is off and will remain that way.

Yeah, that's up there. About 3 hours away.

We're actually reconsidering our original plan already. We will definitely not live in Portland or Vancouver. Not that they are any worse than Milwaukee, Chicago, Denver, or any other city I've spent time in. Just too urban. I'm not that guy anymore. And likely not Washington as it places me on the wrong side of Portland for accessing my projects. I'm told the I-5 bridge will add an hour to my commute to points south. No thanks. I would rather pay state income tax than sit in that on a regular basis.

Bob, Kristi’s friend will soon be selling their house and land which is about 15 miles east of Wilsonville out in the country. I don’t know what the house looks like but it sits on 5 acres. I believe the asking price will be in the 1.3 million range. Comes with three alpacas and some chickens which you’ll need to butcher to stay alive after paying that kind of money for a house.

Morning Bro-son and Lou!

Chris - my Bro-dad advice for today is to face the world with courage tempered by mild skepticism.

Yeah, we would need to ***** out the Alpacas too. That's about double our budget. I've heard Wilsonville is nice, and spendy. But it's definitely in the direction of where we want to live. We're looking hard at McMinnville, Salem, and Keizer. Cheryl has a girlfriend in Salem and she loves it.
