That doesn’t sound good.

Weird part is he never took my license or insurance. He could have said I hit him. Not a smart individual. Tiny guy as well. Maybe 5'8" and 160.

No effing idea! Said the light wasn't changing fast enough so he thought he would back up to make it green. Probably high AF.

That was me in 5th grade. 6'4" and 235 in 8th grade. Most people I see as small.
