Sad news about Howard Messner. One of our forum members went by his house, immediately knew something was amiss and called the police. Dead on the floor for an unknown amount of time, most likely, weeks.

True, Russ. I never was involved with him but he did take some heat. The poster who said...wonder if old Howard up and died....in the latest thread must, or should, feel like a shitheel about now.

Yeah, sad news indeed. He was a salty old guy, but I spoke to him a number to times and we got along fine. No issues with my transaction and he clearly loved the sport. I sure hated to hear of that outcome.
