It is no wonder scammers get away with ****. Human finally comes on the phone. I explain what I need. The doofus asks me....Is you brother there so I can ask him verifying questions? Sure, I say. My little brother is standing there, the guy asks the questions (social, birthdate, etc) and my brother reads them off our page. Bingo...we're in. Hey, wait, this may be the Biden security system.

Edit: To clarify I had my brother on a conference call, I am home , he is in Missouri with our brother. I figured a couple of you smart ones would want to connect the dots.

 

I feel ya Mick. We're still sorting the ATT debacle out. And that's of minor consequence by comparison. Keep fighting the good fight.
