I'd like to get a quarter beef and run it all through my grinder (with a few pounds of bacon, too). Had an Uncle that did that with a whole cow, best tasting hamburger I ever had. Might just have been the best tasting beef I've had. Does seem a waste to put a few of those cuts through the grinder, though. Take a lot of mixing for a quarter, would need some serious equipment to mix a whole ground cow.
Kristi and I had lunch with Grandma1956 and her boyfriend today. She’s still a bit scuffed up, bruised and swollen from her wreck on her Heritage but came out to play today!
