TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
Morning gents!
Turned in early Mick. I was exhausted form rowing in the galley all day. No, truth is it's been very light work. Mostly onboarding stuff at my own pace. I had one meeting for 30 minutes. Everyone is really nice. Like I said, I hope it stays that way. But based on their interactions, I would say they are a friendly bunch. There is a potential though. My new boss is now my old boss. He took a promotion and they have to find someone to replace him. He's a great guy. I hope they don't hire a dick.

Deck was free of snow yesterday. Hoping it turns to rain soon enough that I don’t have to shovel it.

Morning Markus!
I hear you Larry. Nothing but rain, rain, rain here. Mixed with snow here and there. The promise of sun has not come to fruition. We've been watching Portland weather and not surprisingly, it's been warmer with more sun than there.
The part I really hate is the weather guessers saying "We're still in a drought and need this rain!" My ***. My backyard is soaked. I have a river running down my driveway. The drainage ditch could be a conduit for spawning Salmon. Eff those guys. The weather-guessers that is, not the Salmon. On second thought - Eff those salmon too!
