I spoke with Chuck. He is at his brother's home and resting. He has no idea what caused him to black out. He was on his bike at low speed and luckily a nurse was immediately behind him in traffic.
He doesn't know extent of damage but that is the least concern. Says other than headache he feels OK, just groggy.
