Maybe Cheryl could open a designer hipster store?

Hah! She would sooner light a Croc on fire than sell them. She's determined to bring some class to the area. we'll see.
Looks like home prices are dropping a tiny bit everywhere. Good luck Bob. One reason I don't live where I work. It's nice here without feeling like a liberal hell hole. Used to be houses outside the city's we're 1/4 the price. We are a may issue county but a lot of hoops and $300+ to get a CCW.

I suppose you saw the thread about the Portland lady being removed from a flight for harassing a kid in a Trump shirt. Your new neighbors seem lovely.

Rest assured, I could find her twin sisters in Milwaukee or Madison. We've got plenty of that in our cities. Out here away from it all, not so much. I'm hoping the outskirts in Vancouver are similar. we'll see. Either way, I keep to myself. I don't put bumper stickers on my car or signs on my lawn. How I vote is my business.

As a kid I remember getting Woolrich flannel shirts from my fathers sister ( Aunt Mary ) who had a high end men's clothing store in Patterson NJ .. She would visit or send a "care package" once in a while
