TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
We don’t want Izzo thinking that we’re running a showdown thread here do we?
Evenin, Woods. Am I to assume that an attempt to care about how your bike looks may lead to a BMW purchase? I am confused.

Well I got my roll of 3M Paint Protection Film. Now I need the bike here to put on the saddlebag lids. Been reading google and you tube for installation tips. I did this on my last bike and it turned out ok. But this one I want to run to the edge of the lid and try to hide the edges. I heard using wax paper for a template is a good idea. So I'll try that. But I'll keep reading!
Also got my tank service cover today. Now I gotta sit down with that and study the panels. I plan to make "copies" of the panels and try to sew up another cover. If this works, I gotta couple good buddies I want to make one for. Plus I want to learn more about doing this kind of stuff. Got this "new" sewing machine and want to learn how to do these kinds of projects.
If any of you fellas have thoughts, ideas, or suggestions, I'm open to them. I just wish I had my bike here to work with these two thihngs!
