True...but at his age, he shouldn't be trying to back into his garage . The old guy next door used to scrape the side of the left front bumper when he tried to back out of his garage. I was always rubbing the paint off for him. I kept a set of his car keys and told him just to leave his car out and I would back it into the garage every night so he could just pull straight out when he had to go somewhere. Everybody was happy.
Somewhere in the back of my mind I can’t help but think this all comes back to over drinking. First we gave up our cars for trucks. Then the trucks had to be extended. Then we had to add an entire extra set of doors.Then we had to have power seats ( because it was too difficult to reach that bar at the bottom of the seat) . Then we needed tilt steering wheels . Then we had to start backing into the garage so we had more room to open the door……What’s next gull wings . Too soon ?.
