So they got 7 or 8 new phones?

I don't believe for a minute the phone companies couldn't stop this kind of hacking and the vast majority of scam calls. Same for scam email.

 

I was right on my "over" statement but shorted it - they got 12 phones. So 18 grand retail. That's grand larceny. And still they do nothing. They have the addresses they were sent to for God's sake.

 

Got a new battery for the truck today. 4 months left on the warranty, and Costco gave me a new one for just the $9 difference between what it cost and today's price. Hard to beat that. My cheap battery tester said it had less than 50% capacity left, pretty weak battery for below zero temps. Just thought, I should check it on the new battery, see if it's at least in the ballpark.

 

I’ve been trying to drown my sorrows all day, I can’t even do that right I’ve knocked over two vodka and cranberries in a row . I’m drinking beer through a straw now.

 

 

Big problem in large corporations is nobody wanting to take responsibility, if they can't pass the buck to someone else, they try to just sweep problems under the rug. Sure saw that happen enough in my employed days.
