We just went through a "Kumbaya Klass" at the garage ... Of course the acceptable words that should be used to NOT offend everyone who's too dumb to follow the rules and use common sense were covered ... My question / statement was "Should we just ignore them ( the person ) then ? The boss didn't like that :>)

My daughter is beginning to be sassy. I said something and she told me it was offensive. I don't know what it was, it was stupid. I told her she can't control what others do, she can only control how she responds to them. It's not our job to not offend people, sometime the truth hurts. As my youngest daughter said, "It's not rude if it's true."
The apology thingy reminded me of that.

In other news, just booked our “Pod” for April 11th. Pretty efficient process and a lot less than I thought it would be. About the same as a One way Uhaul rental without the gas. And includes a month of storage.

Don't you just hate when people, especially management, are always right and place blame on others? Then have training sessions telling you how to act, how to treat people, and they do not follow their own training?? Chris, sounds like your daughter has a great handle on things.... it is NOT rude when it's true! Good parenting!
