Largest provider of MRI and CT equipment in the US. I'll manage the installations of those. I always admired the PMs for that company and worked with them often. The room is built around that stuff, so it takes high priority. And because I was managing a complimenting item that actually mechanically interfaced with their system, I have a pretty good knowledge of it.

Basically I went from managing production of Yugos to Mercedes. It has it's challenges, but at least I can feel good about the end result. Whereas now I have an apology form letter I send out. And I'm not even Canadian!
