We have some new “neighbors” down the road who own Polaris Slingshots. One guy has his all pimped out with lights and a very loud stereo. The other just has loud tunes. The lighted one looks like this…
I dunno Mick. They head out in the evenings with these things and return to their home a couple of hours later. I assume so they can serenade everyone with their selection of music but I’m pretty certain you aren’t supposed to have aux lighting like that on any vehicle in Texas. Not my business, but seems strange as the home they live in is a rental, no yard (grass) or landscaping either. Recent influx of people there as there are more cars than I’ve ever seen there. I dunno, maybe drug dealers. Since big wheel baggers are out, maybe these are in?
My day just got better. They may not have fired me but I am officially done anyway. Secured the new job and it's official. I start April 1st. While Portland may not be ideal to some, I think we'll really enjoy the area. It's definitely scenic. And I know I'll like the job. Not to mention it pays a lot more. So we are very excited for this new chapter in our lives.

I guess I need to work on the golf cart to meet the challenge!
Russ, your new neighbors seem nice, what are their names?.
Just a thought, Bob. Maybe they will now keep your friend at the current company.
I'm going to have that chat with him. He's pretty bitter at the moment. And it will be a demotion. He's thinking of just going back to be a service truck electrician. 7-3:30 and you're done, unlike project management.
