Yes, unfortunately I still have a job. They want to transfer me to another department. If all goes to plan I'll be long gone before that happens.

Fairly easy day with the two tiny tots, actually seemed the extra exercise loosened the back up, can get out of a chair and almost stand up normally. Looking to be a short back episode, don't think I've had a long (weeks) episode since I retired. Those are just miserable, as too many of you already know.
