How is the new board member getting along?

 

Still waiting for the big 48 hour storm that has less than 24 hours before it's gone. Good thing I bought more kleenex on my last Sam's Club run, the sinuses are in overdrive. Other than that, don't feel sick, just really tired. A lot like covid was, but don't have the cough covid gave me. Good excuse to have comfort food and binge a couple shows on Netflix and Hulu.

 

It's an ordeal, Mick, sorry you're going through that now.

 

Hahaha, we spoke about his account tonight. He has only been married to this woman for 4 years and claims he was unaware of her 3 bankruptcies. He says he knew of two but not the third. I asked him what he thought of neighbors who seemingly games the system and then built a pool in their backyard ignoring the responsibilities of paying the association like everyone else does.

He really didn’t say much but promised to get current on his post bankruptcy account. Little does he know that because he fell behind on that one, the association filed to lift the stay on his other bankruptcy accounts and combined them all into one account and he will owe 11K to the association. I also told him his big shed in the backyard was not approved and he will have to demo it.

He’s probably not happy right now.

 

Hope he isn't the Treasurer!
