Never fails that out thermostat battery dies on the coldest day of the year. I'll wake up to the house being 50-something and go into a panic. It always turns out to be the thermostat.

There is a light on that flashes a code to tell them whats wrong. Both times it happened it was eight flashes. When I had them come out, of course they couldn't replicate it.
