Looks like my boss is retiring April 1st. Great guy. He has been the bullshit buffer for us. He will not be replaced. Going to experience a power vacuum. There is no one else who understands what we do. They already removed our budget and our agency. Going to be an interesting year. Going to have to learn to play the game now if I am going to survive the next 8 years.
