Halito Woods! Odd morning. Got grandson off on bus.... came back to the Spartan Den and finished coffee and started watching Reacher series. Then phone call from daughter wanting to know if I could pick up sick granddaughter from school. Made the run and came back and finished season 1. What a show!!! One I found hard to move away from! So that's my excuse for no morning check in from me!
Now noon news is on, then get around and clean up to head to Dagwood's for tonights basketball game. I'll be lurking for a bit yet, so don't shoot me!!! Lurker out.....

No Chuck, just doesn't hurt quite as bad today. Had to move something heavy for shuffle and I'm in pain all over again though. I need to continue the physical therapy exercises and get the muscles back up to par.

Oh Denny, to answer your question real quick. I damaged a disk L3 L4 years ago when I was crushed under an engine. Been hurting ever since.

The engine was being moved and was on an engine stand that was on a trailer. There was an incident that occurred and the trailer hitch broke free. Myself and another were moving the engine and the wheels on the stand slipped and it fell off the trailer side and onto me. I hurt myself pushing the engine enough to not be completely crushed by it when it slammed down. It came down on my and pinned me, but was held up some by the stand. Pretty simple thing to have happened. In hind sight, don't be under heavy things. I was young and invincible, until I wasn't.

Dang it, Sam's Club did it again, another thing I only got there is gone. Once upon a time they had some good stuff, and most of it I bought has either been replaced with "I wouldn't get that if it was free" or just gone. My list of things to get at Sam's instead of Costco is almost empty. Wish they'd build a Costco closer to me, more now at Costco I can't get at Sam's. Or just better. Carol picks a few things up for me at Costco occasionally, but Sam't doesn't have anything left I can get her she can't get at Costco. Amazon is rarely competitive with either big box store, and I wouldn't buy most food online anyway.

Have you tired the Punisher? I recently watched In From the Cold, badass female series with an ending you won't see coming. Fantasy series, but I liked the Witcher, badass females in that one, too, nearly nekkids aren't all nearly... . Not so silly as most of the comic book shows. All on Netflix.
