Almost time to clock out. Was checking the market for my 4runner. Man this market is nuts! 25k for a 20 year old high mileage vehicle? I'll start off around 12 and be over joyed with 7.

 

Hey Chris... any reason for your back to go out on ya?? Hope you feel better soon. I've been struggling with back issues for several years. Found that therapy usually helped. But this last time it did not work out.... so I went back to doc office and the DO there scheduled me for several appointments. Not sure what he did, but I know he manipulated my tail bone and some other areas in my back and I felt 100% better after two visits. I have some exercises I should do, but I just take it easy and try not to strain.
