I see alot of people who don't help themselves....little things like leaving your next stop on the tail so you don't have to climb up on the trailer......lot of pulled muscles associated with weak brains.....

Wings in the oven. This is my first attempt at baked wings (roasted). I made some buffalo sauce with a new recipe I acquired this week, well loosely based on it anyway. The wife and I started Ozarks. I like it so far.

 

outside of the butter in da hot sauce.....s'posed ta be the healthiest wings ya can get........crisp 'em up good just don't burn 'em.......good dose of olive oil on the wings might do the trick.
