Washed the 4runner yesterday. That ceramic coat made washing easy. Cleaned up better than any wax job I've ever done!

Do all light swirls need to be gone prior to application, or (like waxing) will the application process remove some swirls?

To do it correctly the vehicle needs to be buffed down to pure paint. That's where the expense is. I wasn't worried because I was dealing with a new vehicle. To have it done it's like $1000 here because of the labor. Took me over 4 hours and I didn't have any paint correction to do. Any flaws or imbedded partials will be trapped under the coating. Not having to ever wax was a plus! It's cool stuff!
Were you able to get out on the Evel machine yesterday?
Not yet. Changed fluids, battery on the way. Researching tires...enormous 3.5-10 whitewalls . Sherri and I will be riding a disappointing Harley today.
