A word of caution Mick. It can be a slippery slope.

TPGE-811 is a reportedly crappy Chinese model number sold under several brands. I doubt you'll actually want to ride it, but if you do, the scooter community recommends changing the chinese break-in oil immediately, and checking all the bolts, preferably replacing any loose ones, not tightening them, they're something like grade one and strip easily. Those tiny front wheels lock up easily on some scooters, and you don't want to do that on a scooter, get a feel for them before riding in traffic. Biella is the town where Vespa scooters were first made; they probably named it that to mislead people into thinking it's an Italian scoot. Unless it actually is, who knows about internet information.

That's a luggage pack under the gas tank, motor is behind it. Claimed to get over 100mpg, 55 top speed, meaning don't drive in traffic over 50. That's actually better performance than most small scooters.
Or you could fix your own stuff that barely runs instead of shitting on someone else's.

Aw hell, just change the oil and giggle down the road on it. I think they're fun in their own way, and really nimble. But seriously, those tiny wheels don't handle like a full grown motorcycle, make sure the tires aren't low, affects them worse than the big ones. And try the front brake a couple times, just to get the feel of when/if it'll lock up. Or be able to judge how slow it stops, I forgot, Chinese... I actually prefer a scooter in town, avoid all that clutch slipping with the Harleys. Hope you think it's a little fun at least.

But then I'd have to ride them. Yeah, I should get that old Helix scoot back on the road, practice what I preach. After I fix a couple snowblowers.
