Evening gents. Throwing this out real quick. I'm considering, seriously so, riding out to Ca to see my grandmother within the next few months. Likely May or June timeframe. It's 1300 miles roughly one way. I'd find a place to stop halfway along the route. It would be two days there and at least two days back. Just thinking out loud here. Az and Ca I've never ridden on a bike and I'd like to get them knocked out. I'd also like to see my grandmother while I still can.

I use a'' hybrid -ceramic ''least thats what the label says comes in a blue bottle ,....see If I can find a pic.
I just found ceramic coating for my denim paint. Seriously considering it, because at $50 for self application, it's worth the effort. Chemical Guys makes it.

I just found ceramic coating for my denim paint. Seriously considering it, because at $10 for self application, it's worth the effort. Chemical Guys makes it.

That's interesting. Since you're not supposed to 'polish' or rub the paint, I'll be interested to see how it's supposed to work.

As a cop, I also get to go armed.

Yeah, I was thinking that. It's more to see her than anything. I grew up out there and got my fill. Before going I'd post a route so you guys all have it and know where I'll be and same on the other end. Just in case. It's a long way to go solo. But throwing it out. It's not the first long trip, but the first out there on a bike.

I would try on the inside of the saddle bag first. I'll do more research before getting it. I'm out. Night fellas.
