It is difficult to stand by and watch people struggle at times. However, she needs to learn that if things aren’t right, they can be changed. Sometimes it won’t cure the problem, sometimes it will make it worse. It could be that she is tensing up instead of relaxing which would be the easiest and cheapest solution. It could also be that she isn’t used to using those muscles which will self-correct given time. Communication Chris. Communication but not the incessant questioning of CSI trying to get to the bottom of a murder but the listening and gentle suggestion of things to try to increase her comfort.
This is what I believe is the case. She was more sore the following day, telling me she was using new muscles in new ways.

Afternoon Woods! Well, like I always say, you pay the price after a 3 day weekend & it's no less true this week than before.
Dr appt yesterday was fine. She told me "You're ugly and your short term memory is failing" I said "At least I'm not ugly" In all seriousness, potassium & sodium are a bit low, but nothing to worry about.
Back to the grind, the work awaiteth.

Back home after picking up granddaughter and doing some errands. Now I sit here and wait for spring, warm weather, and get the bike out!!!
