Chris.... am I to understand you are on the lamb? OK buddy.... I won't say a word. I got your back.

Greg.... stainless rod...thread the ends to match Heim JOints. Don't use the factory joints. That's what I have.... had this done at the shop before I retired....they threaded ends, milled small flats at each end, I got Heim joints from McMaster-Carr, and installed. Yeah, not fancy, but it is stainless, the joints won't go to hell, and it makes it shift a whole lot better.

 

Unfortunately, I have a limited amount of time and resources due to how busy we are.

 

No excuses until we see the finished product buddy

 

A little more than that, but basically what I had in mind. Already found the Heim Joints. I have either SST or AL rod.
