Same here Greg. He’s pretty bummed out. Told him to take it as a sign to fix and strengthen it properly, while he’s still young and can heal faster. That may have triggered a light bulb.
Also told him I’ll keep his new sled warm while he heals. That did not get a good response. But it did give me the response I expected. Haha.

He was climbing a hill, crested it and being that this sled is way lighter and he’s not used to it….flew over the crest. The sled started to stand up and landed on the rear of the track, skis straight up. When the sled landed, pretty much whipped the front end down and launched him over the bars. Either he twisted around the sled hood (twisting his knee) or over the hood (knees don’t bend that way). Can’t tell in the video from all the snow dust.

Thanks guys. It’s up to him if he wants to do it properly or not.
Russ, I’ll mention to him about OEM parts vs aftermarket.

That must've been pretty wild to watch. Until the very end anyway. It's all fun and games 'til someone's knee gets wrecked.

Yep ... at least it was accidental and not a "Hold my beer and watch this" moment ...:<(
