HHhhhhmmmmmm..... I just want to slink off in the corner and stay outta the way. Don't like attention drawn to me! I'll watch, observe, and enjoy from afar!!
thats been my strategy so far.........seems to werk.
It’s pretty bad. I BBQ’d some chicken last night and all through dinner, yak, yak, yak, yak, yak, yak, yak and everyone finishes except him of course. We’re all done but have to sit there another 20 minutes while he eats his cold dinner because he wouldn’t shut up. My dear wife, his only sister, says she may not speak for three days after his departure Sunday.
I can just picture Kristi's expression while this is going. She communicates very well with her eyes.
I like my in-laws. But I like my privacy more. They're all talkers and I pretty much just shut up and nod when they are here. And most of them are Democrats so when I do pipe up it's usually to say "No politics!" Then they laugh at me.
