Always good to hear from you!
An old friend of mine bought a 2-wheel drive truck on purpose. I asked why? He said that's all he needed. I asked about when it snows. He said if it snowed enough to need 4-wheel drive to get somewhere, he'd just stay home.

Nope, it has V-Brakes with the rubber pads.

You have to adjust the cable at the caliper. It is the gross adjustment. The cable threads through a little hole in a bolt on one side of the caliper. Loosen the nut, pull some cable through, tighten it back up. The knurled ends at the brake handle and the caliper are the fine adjustments.
