Morning Greg, Mick, Stan, Al, Chuck, Rick, John, Denny, and Chris!

Windy and 36 degrees. No snow, so no Schneekradding today.

That's my fear Mick, but right now I'm pretty discouraged too. I'm not sure what else can be done, other than practice.

All a part of learning. Did you install crash bars?

I'm also suddenly learning that finding the brake level is going to be a bitch if I don't go after market. I'll also discuss with, when she's ready, engine guards.

Unfortunate about the tumble, Chris. Part of the process. Bike can be repaired.
Practice, Practice, Practice.
Which reminds me, I need to get into an empty parking lot on the RG and do some myself.

Learning and using the 'friction zone' is paramount, Chris.

Believe it or not, I've been practicing a lot, even more so as of late, and it's incredible how easy to maneuver such a big bike is with practice. Don't start u-turns that are too small at the beginning and soon enough you'll be doing them at full lock.

The discussion should be "Do you want chrome or black because this is happening."

Then point to your bike and say "See......we all have them. It's not if, it's when a rider drops a bike"

One of the first things I added to the BMW was engine guards.
