No, not loud. I'm sure louder than stock. Not nearly as loud as the Softail. I was surprised, actually.

Greg, I don’t have a sissy bar and luggage rack for my Limited. When I remove the tour pac, there’s nothing behind the seat. On the King, I ran the adjustable sissy bar ( three position) with a pad and I used the detachable tour pac mount with a piece of aluminum diamond plate ( cut to size) and attached with four stainless button head bolts. I afraid you will not get a recommendation from Mick on the sissy bar I used .

Got the pipes from DKCustoms with an in house discount. About $50 less than anywhere else.
