Mick, very limited market for a rental unit with flamingo flooring. I'm s'posed to be making money on this deal.. Told my wife that we're really lousy landlords, we keep spending money on the place when we don't have to. I assured her that it'll pay off on the back end when we sell.

Yep, friends of ours spent a pile of money on a kitchen remodel and had Pergo installed when it first came out. Scratched to **** in no time. I put real wood laminated flooring in #1 son's family room over concrete over 10 yrs ago. Still looks like new and survived three crazy dogs and two cats.

Chris, if she's having trouble starting out and stalling, you may want to try how I taught my kids clutch control when they were learning to drive. I had them practice starting off without using the gas . I don't know if this will work on a bike, I never tried it. Somebody try it and let me know. Funny thing was, they all learned to drive a stick with the Porsche. Bob will agree that the clutch was a bitch. Boys had a problem but my daughter took to it immediately.
I'm not sure either, come to think of it. Tomorrow is a full schedule, but we'll get in some parking lot practice too. Work on the clutch control and stopping then turning. Thise two things seem to be her biggest issue. At speed, she's fine, it's the slow traffic stuff.

Oh, spent another couple hours at the bar/restaurant getting footage from the hit and run. The girl with the silver purple hair was there as usual. At the end of getting the videos I'm asked who's paying for them. A technician had to come out to get them for me and they aren't free. We're gonna have a fun chat with the Sheriff and DPS on Monday I think.

Long story short, we don't charge for our services when people need help. But... not my call.

Bill, stuff is real easy to install. First two rows are critical, after that you'll fly through it. A miter saw is nice to have but you can use a 6" square and circular saw, pretty much all the tools you need. I almost bought another miter saw tonight so I wouldn't have to go up the lake to get mine.
