TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
For some strange reason, I tuned in to the Lions game this afternoon. Watched the last quarter whilst perusing the Smith Wesson forum..... I got to see the final touchdown in the final 4 seconds!! I don't watch pro sports much and have no idea why I tuned in. But rest assured I'm not gonna be that guy who thinks he was the good luck charm and start watching every fourth quarter from here on out!!
I stopped by the dealership Saturday, so far they have the floorboard support bracket in . I bought a new set of heated grips for when the new bars I ordered get here. Needless to say it’s going to be a while.

Hell.....even an hour on the interstate.
I believe that's known as sacrificing oneself at the alter of cool.
I always love it when a neophyte uses absolutes when considering suggestions on riding and equipment.
And there are ways to "look cool" while improving comfort -
They said the painted parts alone would take six to eight weeks. The Paul Yaffe bars , four to six weeks. This economy is f’ed up. THANK YOU JOE BIDEN .

Very light snow here in the early am, by the time I woke up the first time, all that was out there was a layer of fresh salt on dry pavement. Can hear the wind in the trees today.
I don't think I've been awake more than 5 hours today, but sure feel better this evening, I think/hope yesterday was the grand finale of whatever bug I caught. Since salt on dry pavement gives very poor traction, I won't celebrate my improvement with a ride. Plus the high tomorrow is supposed to be 12F and windy.
If God really loved women he would have had them lay eggs.

Glad you're feeling better, Mike.
It got cold here. 20° right now and breezy. High of 40° tomorrow.

I suspect it will get a lot worse before it gets better. Not sure about the get better part, though.

In spite of over 10 hours sleep today, I feel like going to bed a little earlier. Later, y'all.
