Mornin, Russ. Does the house closing relieve you of HOA board duties?

It should, however I remain on the board so I sure that Robert remains employed in his handyman duties. I am taking him to the airport this morning so he can go on a little trip and Kristi and I can have the house to ourselves for a few days.

He seems to have the time off schedule perfected.

Evenin Woods! S.H.I.T. Sure Happy It's Thursday

Another busy day ahead, but the good news is the clean-up & scrapping work my operations team did this year to reduce our footprint by 74% & is going to save us about $6k a month next year. After that, we'll be in the cloud & not paying a lease on the floor space in the data center.

Got a funeral on Saturday down in Commerce City (a suburb of Denver), then lunch with one of my oldest friends. I've known him & kept in touch off & on since 1989.

All 4 of us went geocaching last Sunday & had fun.
