Evenin Woods, Day one of no booze December is nearly over. It’s a little experiment I’m trying. The issues I’m having with inflammation in my shoulders and neck have become so bothersome ( going on a year or more) that I have decided to try something radical. I’m going alcohol free for a month to see if it helps. I have no idea if I can pull this off but I’m going to give it a try.

Moderna Booster from yesterday kicked my *** bad today. Went to work ...... but did enough swearing to embarrass sailor.

 

I did thirty pt visit the max my insurance would cover in a year. I have had two cortisone shots in the right shoulder, one in the left. I’ve had X-rays of both shoulders and my neck. I’ve had an mri on one shoulder and my neck. I’ve taken enough IBUPROFEN to kill a good liver. I’m desperate.

 

Chuck, after checking with a medical professional, she said it won’t help but will likely lead to a grumpier Chuck.
