Good morning all. I am headed down to St Pete to the field office this morning. I woke up early and could not go back to sleep so I just got up and took a shower. Everyone ride safe.

Halito Bill, Jeff, Woods, Toaks, and Lurkers. Someone mentioned salt.... we had a pretty good dusting, maybe 1 to 2" and I followed a couple of county snow plows into work yesterday. Both were spreading salt. Both were spreading sparks, And the front plow and a 6-8' side blade they were trying to move snow from left lane to right lane for second plow to move to curb. What a contraption. I did not thing there was enough snow on the roads to warrant salt, let along scraping!! That's Michigan for ya!
So y'all have a good day. Be careful out there. Specially if you just had snow or cold rain. Gotta get your winter skills back!
