They owe it all to Bob. By the way, when you send the floaties can you send each one in a separate box so it feels like I am getting more stuff?

CS has grown to a pretty large city. While there is some tech industry, I believe a large portion of its economy is still driven by Ft. Carson and the various other military installations around. Some of which are threatened from time to time for removal, any one of which would hurt.
And while still pretty red as far as politics go, it has been slowly creeping blue like the other population centers and seems confused as to its identity.
Look into Monument, which is just north of CS.
Weather down there can be severe, more so than up here, particularly in the winter.

Thanks for the intel Greg. We were looking at Cascade and Woodland Park, but I'll have Cheryl look into Monument. There's obvious value in being closer to Denver.

As far as the weather, our goal was warm/hot climate with access to mountains and cooler temps. But if there was actually something to do with the snow, unlike here, it could be okay. That said, I don't want to be snowed in until May. Or even April.

Anything for the Woods!

Maybe Sherri will get him twice as many to compensate? Especially if I use different sized boxes to distort that they are identical items,
