TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XIII
Morning Mick, Greg, Larry, Stan, Markus, Denny, Jeff, Al, and Russ!
The 200 dollar ransom was paid by the company in advance. Although I would imagine the return trip will cost almost as much (box already paid for). It's been nice bowing out of meetings because I have no files to reference. That said, I've been bowing out of meetings with our "partners" from Canada because they are such ********. Unlike our good friend Tim, these particular Canadians are hugely unethical and just plain nasty. I've been our providing upper management with intel on current events, as well as passing along (again) information on this particular company's unscrupulous past which includes blatant patent infringement. My message to them has been "Stop selling this garbage because A - the relationship is over whether you like it or not, and B - You should be glad because this product has irreversibly damaged our reputation." That is followed up with "I may be talking myself out of a job, but at this point it would be a blessing" Oddly enough I remain employed.

He's never been on a horse. Not sure how he feels about them. Cool you know people in the area around here!
Good morning Woods. Tanya asked me this morning, "I have to be at the class at 730. You still coming?" I asked if she really wanted my to go and she did. So, yeah, I'm still going to chear her on (I won't cheer at all).
Best of Luck to Tanya ! (not Tonya as in Dr. Zhivago, but Tanya as in Tucker).

I have a very uneasy feeling about articles like these. We're getting too many people pushing their agenda on to others. Seems that we are not allowed to have differing opinions than some in power.
Bob, hoping things work out for you. I hate when one company takes over another and push their "policy" on to the new company without knowledge of the other company's current procedures and operating structure. Hope you can survive!

Wandered through Home Depot last week and saw a couple of small cordless blowers. These are much smaller than the traditional leaf blower. I went back up today and checked them out more better. Bought a Ryobi small blower with 160 mph blow.... got this for the bike. I like to blow off the bike after washing to dry off. My regular leaf blower was large and bulky and did not have a short blow stack and was hard plastic. The new one has a short rubber blow tube so no damage to bike and parts. Now I gotta wait til next spring to try out on bike. Does look like a nice compact unit.
Meet Hiccup. 3 yr old Australian Cattle Dog. Rescued him this morning at the shelter. House trained, great with all basic commands....neutered, chipped and a sweetheart.
