Good morning all. I am contemplating this being my last day of work until the 29th. My wife is off next week and with 16 hours holiday pay next week I only need 14 hours to make my part time week. I only work 3/10's Mon-Wed. With her being off maybe I should take it off too. I know it's okay but I will ask anyway. We could get in some quality riding. Everyone ride safe.

Mornin, Russ. Yep, the legal equivalent of Mystery Science Theater 3000.

 

Well Woods, two things. Spicy as you've taken to call her (Bob has anyway) takes the course on Saturday. I'll be on the sidelines cheering her on. She called her dad and asked if she could have the Honda Shadow VLX 600/ He said yes and we'd just have to go to TN to get it. It needs tires, all fluids, and a carb cleaning. She also wants to look at the Indian Scout Bobber next weekend as well.

She looked at some bikes while at HD this past weekend and still likes the Sportster, but agreed it was awkward and would not be good to learn on. For fun, she sat on a 14 Slim and liked that. I think it would better suited, but still heavy. For the price they wanted though, she said we might as well get the Low Rider S for a little more. No way for her, but I'd love one

I didn't know there was a YouTube video showing it, I've just been refreshing the news feed while tracking people down to talk to this morning.

Oh, last thing. I've wanted to check out Moto Guzzi but the nearest dealer from here is 300 miles away.
