no we are on the same page. But he was 17 and braking a law as well. My point only. Had he been 18. He then would of been okie dokie. My only discretion was his age at the time. Which for what it’s worth means (to me) that he had no business being there. As for the rioters. Where are their court dates?!

 

Other than a curfew that was not being enforced what crime would that be?

 

What law was he breaking? The weapons charge has already been thrown out. So he was in legal compliance to open carry in Wisconsin. The only charges at this point are for killing 2 and wounding a 3rd. The video footage is very clear - he was trying to flee from attackers. Unlucky for them that they caught him.

I will say, I would never had let my kid be there armed or otherwise. But I do understand the desire to step up to the plate and protect property. Unfortunately as we are seeing, the deck is stacked against law abiding citizens who have the effrontery to actually try to make a stand.

 

If riots come to Traverse City, I would not go down town to protect property, but if they come to my domain, see above WARNING ☠️

I agree Chuck..... I'd stay put and make sure "they" don't come onto or into my home. And my family is behind me when I pull up.
