S & S MK 45s with thruster tips. I love the way they sound and will replace them with the same.

Actually, it is the reverse. I told Chuck I thought it would cost a lot more to fix than he did at the time. Granted, I did not factor the slip on replacement. But I know those seemingly minor repairs can add up fast because they simply replace with a whole new part. So the cost is the same whether it's slightly cracked or broken to bits

How are as compared to the Magnaflows on Mick's RK? Those aren't available anymore, I believe.

I liked the MF on the King a lot. And the 4” diameter of the mufflers on the King don’t touch the ground if the bike goes down to the bag guards . The MK 45s come with a removable db reducer , mine is taken out on the limited, so it’s louder than the Magnifaflows.

Hey Woodys...... busy day at school today. It was bring your parents to school day. Several kids brought their parent(s) to school. I got there and literally ran my *** off for about 45 minutes passing out tools and equipment. Then watching the parents watch their kids and what they did in class. It really was kinda fun. Pretty well busy all day long. Well busy for the 2+ hours I spent there. Then got home and spent over an hour raking and bagging leaves. At least until my back started complaining. Got a fair share cleaned up. Hope I can get out tomorrow for a bit and catch what comes down this afternoon and evening. Seems like there are more leaves than normal. Even have a back yard half full from neighbors trees. Might try mulching those in the back yard. The joys of being a home owner!!
Well off for quick nap then get ready for basketball game tonight.

I still have a cat on my head pipe ( must remain to keep the warranty intact) . The King has an S&S head pipe ( no cat ) that’s why the MF sound as good as they do.
