Feel like I have more energy this morning, head's clearing up, think I have this cold beat. Just in time for white stuf, light dusting on the cars and house roofs, more on the way this afternoon. Hoping not enough for salted roads. Get as much as Stan did, there'll be salt.
Wasn't hungry when I got up, but finally feeling an urge to refuel. Haven't had pancakes in probably a month, been reducing those kinds of carbs, but looking outside and seeing a world of brown ground, gray sky and patches of white, I'm feeling an itch for pancakes with another cuppa coffee. And bacon, of course.
Tried something different last night, had made some bread size patties out of some pork cutlets I'd run through the meat grinder a while back, made a bacon cheeseburger with one. Still tasted like a pork cutlet, but that wasn't bad at all. The couple strips of bacon probably didn't hurt, either.
I'll lurk later, pancake brunch time.

Lately I remind my aging Pops on a bad day .... "Dad, you're vertical .....it beats the alternative"

You know, a car sales type guy once told me that the reason for most people’s bankruptcies is sitting in the driveway. He’s a pretty smart fella.
Ex-Wives were camped in the driveway ?
I almost had one of those, I paid $500.00 dollars for cigars yesterday . It’s just like buying cocaine , I already have buyers remorse.
Jeeezus Chuck…did you buy the store?
No but if anyone stops by the RV, we can smoke cigars and drink 15 year old scotch like a couple of Mafia dons .
