Great story Greg. That's why they call it an adventure.
Funny how batteries go from fine to flat overnight. I replace mine every 4 years regardless just to avoid that. I also bought one of those portable starter packs. It will do wonders sitting on the workbench every time I ride. Along with my air compressor and tire repair kit.
