Stan, I have a real simple solution to scumbag neighbors...buy the house. At various times, I bought the house behind me, put a couple grand into it, rented it for two years, found someone who I wanted to live behind me and sold it for 75% more than I had into it. House to the left of me had an offer from a couple with 5 teenage kids and wanted the seller to pay their closing costs after $10,000 price reduction. My wife's aunts best friend wanted to move back here from Jersey and wanted the house. Since it had a offer in, the realtor couldn't show her the house. Sellers were in NY but I had the keys. They said I could show it. I sold it for them at full asking price, played some games and they closed in 1 1/2 weeks. Everybody happy. House to right of me was easy, I bought it....
I'm a ***** Loman ..... or Tevye the Milkman in this equation ! LOL

Well I'll be leaving the house shortly to meet at one of my favorite watering holes....Dagwoods. Meet my baskeball buddy and have couple beers, olive burger, fries, then head to our first basketball game this year. Last year was the first year in over 40 years I did not attend an MSU basketball game! Got our season tickets and parking pass.... neither of which were changed or moved. My season is finally here!!! Go Green!!!

Stan, ya don't need no stinkin' money! Did multi-million dollar developments with none of my own money.
Cool little car. My wife's cousins FIL had a BMW Isetta that I tried to buy in the worst way years ago. He died and his son has it. he wouldn't sell it. It's been sitting for years. I just checked, they're going for $40K to $50K now.....
