Evening Woodsnitzes. Back from crushing a specific homeowner’s dreams. Special meeting tonight for this one pretentious turd who wants to challenge the association. Funniest part was his attorney, who was on the phone, and is his son, was “”witness” to the meeting, meaning in legal terms he is no longer able to serve as his counsel and the homeowner will have to secure additional legal counsel at his expense. Hahahah! Needless today, we denied his appeal for his fence construction that was not approved and he will have to remove it.
