Rifle, scope, bullets, course to buy those, sling, camo, boots, licence, sxs or atv, trailer, knives, tub trailer, truck, fuel…lots of fuel, insurance, a mickey of schnapps for celebration of harvest and time…
But cut and wrap comes to about $1.40/ hanging pound. That includes after hours call-out, cleanup and disposal of bones.
The guy I use is a bit more than others but I’ve called him at 3am and he’s been there to put the animal in the cooler. A super great guy.

I'd skip the potatoe....you may need to hit top speed tonight.....vegetables won't help.......at least not the ones eaten.

Wife is accompanying me. She is my undercover prostitute. I wish I had a leather shoulder rig. Close enough. After a few drinks no one will care. Glad it's out at a vineyard nearby. Driving home will be safe. Going to be a few cops there as well.
