I’ve been smoking it low and slow at 225° since about 2 PM. It is three chicken quarters, Albertsons had a sale where you buy one package and get two free.

I know a guy that could beat that slow record.
Seem to recall looking for him in my mirrors when we were rolling thru some small Texas towns on the way to chicken fried steak.
